Fitness Favorites

First I am going to share my favorite workouts!

I like to do a different body part each time that I work out whether it is legs, abs, arms, or total body. I am no expert but I know what my personal favorite workouts are. Here are some of my favorite leg workouts.

  •   Wall Sits 
  •  Lunges
  •  Split squats
  •  High Knees 
  • Calf raises

Next are my favorite ab workouts

  • Planks 
  • Crunches
  •  Bicycle Crunches
  • Russian Twists
  • Flutter Kicks 

Last are my arm workouts

  • Pushups
  • Bicep curls
  • Tricep Dips

I just started to try to have a protein shake for breakfast because I never know what to eat for breakfast and it’s easy. I have EAS protein powder and I really like it. I also like to have oatmeal with raspberries and blueberries. 

My favorite workouts come from Kayla Itsines or Blogilates youtube.
